*Bilingual Spanish Position*ABOUT OUR AGENCYI’m a third-generation State Farm agent with 13 years of experience, including 9 years managing my dad’s office before opening my own agency 4 years ago. I hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology and am a proud dog mom of two pups who come to the office with me every day.
Our culture is friendly and laid back—we love to have fun, but we also know how to get the work done and meet our goals. I currently have three team members plus myself, and we work together closely as a tight-knit group.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Team Member with Courtney Bryan State Farm, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish (required).
Compensation $25.00 per hour
